  Securely place your jewelry in its original Dylan Oaks gift box and include the completed return form inside the shipping mailer.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the generated prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the UK.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
